VIP Service Agreement:
Effective Date: August 23, 2024
Welcome to become a VIP member of this application. In order to protect your rights and interests, please read this "VIP Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") carefully before using the VIP service. Once you choose to purchase the VIP service, it means that you have read, understood and agreed to abide by all the terms of this Agreement.
1. Service Content
1.1. VIP members enjoy the following privileges:
* Unlimited viewing rights for all short drama content.
* Unlock newly launched short dramas.
* Ad-free viewing experience.
* No need to recharge any coins.
1.2. We reserve the right to adjust the content of VIP services according to actual conditions, and any changes will be notified to users in advance.
2. Subscription and automatic renewal
2.1. VIP services adopt a subscription system, and the subscription period is monthly, quarterly or annual (subject to the subscription plan you choose).
2.2. The subscription will be automatically renewed unless you cancel the automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
2.3. The subscription fee will be automatically deducted from the payment method bound to your Apple ID. The deduction will be made within 24 hours before the end of the subscription period.
2.4. You can manage and cancel your subscription in "Settings" > "Apple ID" > "Subscription" on your iOS device.
3. Refund Policy
3.1. All purchases of VIP services are final sales and no refunds are accepted without reason.
3.2. If you think there is a problem with your subscription or the purchase is wrong, you can apply for a refund through the Apple platform, and Apple will evaluate your refund request based on the specific circumstances.
4. User Code of Conduct
4.1. You agree not to abuse VIP services in any way or violate applicable laws and regulations, terms of service and the provisions of this Agreement.
4.2. If we find any abuse or violation of this Agreement, we have the right to suspend or terminate your VIP membership without prior notice and reserve the right to pursue legal liability.
5. Service Changes and Termination
5.1. We have the right to change, suspend or terminate VIP services when necessary, and any changes will be notified to users in advance.
5.2. If the VIP Service is interrupted or terminated due to force majeure or other reasons beyond our reasonable control, you agree that we will not bear any liability arising therefrom.
